Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Giza, involves serving as a Bancassurance Specialist. The specialist will collaborate with financial institution partners to promote MetLife's insurance and financial products. Responsibilities include building relationships with banking staff, providing product training, identifying potential opportunities for customer engagement, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. The specialist will work closely with both clients and partners to meet sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience or skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and ability to meet sales targets
• Knowledge of Financial Products, Insurance, and Bancassurance principles
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
• Background in customer service or banking is advantageous
• Proficiency in English and familiarity with financial tools and processes
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Finance, or Marketing is preferred
• Ability to work in a team-orient
