The program is open to graduates from relevant disciplines. Training assignments are tailored to each trainee’s academic background and aligned with departmental needs.

1. Role Purpose

The Tamheer Trainee gains practical, on-the-job experience by supporting daily operations, contributing to departmental activities, and developing essential professional and workplace skills.

Assignments are aligned with organizational requirements and the trainee’s field of study.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities within the assigned department
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
• Conduct research and contribute to team initiatives and projects
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and

• Participate in meetings, record notes, and follow up on action items
• Organize files, track tasks, and support workflow efficiency
• Perform general administrative and coordination duties as required

3. Qualifications

• Saudi national
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Strong academic record and high GPA
• Registered in TAQAT and eligible for the Tamheer program
• Not currently employed
• Not previously enrolled in the Tamheer program
