Job Description – Graphic Designer
Position: Graphic Designer
Department: Marketing / Media
Location: OHI – Oseem
Job Purpose:
To create high-quality visual content that supports the institute’s branding, marketing, and communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative materials for online and offline use (social media, banners, posters, flyers, presentations).
- Develop visual concepts in line with the institute’s brand identity.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver effective designs.
- Prepare final artwork for printing or digital publishing.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all visual materials.
- Edit and enhance images, layouts, and graphics when needed.
- Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (fresh graduates with strong portfolio are welcome).
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual sense.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
Working Conditions:
