Are you ready to lead transformative land development projects that shape the future of urban living in Saudi Arabia? We’re looking for a visionaryLand Development Directorto spearhead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex master planning and infrastructure initiatives across the Kingdom.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll drive strategy, win work, and ensure technical excellence from concept through to construction.

Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, the below:

• Lead the planning and delivery of large-scale land development projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory standards.
• Oversee all master planning phases including CMP, DMP, and infrastructure design.
• Integrate wet and dry utilities with transport, environmental, and architectural disciplines.
• Champion sustainable transport planning strategies that enhance mobility and connectivity.
• Develop and execute winning bids, engage clients, and shape compelling proposals.
• Grow the land development portfolio through strategic business development.
• Manage high-performing project teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Represent the organization in client meetings, steering committees, and industry events.
