🔹 We’re Hiring: GIS Developer

We are looking for a skilled GIS Developer with a strong software development background to join a Canadian company on a part-time, remote basis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain GIS-based applications and systems
• Work with spatial databases and geospatial data processing
• Integrate GIS solutions with web and backend systems
• Customize and extend GIS platforms (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS, Mapbox, etc.)
• Collaborate with the technical team to deliver high-quality geospatial software solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a GIS Developer (software-focused, not planning/surveying)
• Strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar)
• Experience with GIS tools and libraries (ArcGIS API, QGIS, PostGIS, Leaflet, etc.)
• Background in software development and system integration
• Good communication skills and ability to work remotely
