Hiring via DamaRec for an international startup


We’re hiring a hands-on Operations & E-Commerce Manager to run and scale our digital operations.


This is an execution-focused role. You’ll manage Shopify directly, control pricing across platforms, and build dashboards that turn data into decisions.


What You’ll Do


• Manage the Shopify website e

nd-to-end

(page changes, product uploads, collections, pricing, inventory)

• Manage online platforms and pricing strategies

across EU

, UK, and US markets

• Build and manage dashboards covering marketing traction, stock, sales, and finance

• Pull data automatically using APIs / OpenAPI where possible


Requirements


• Strong hands-on Shopify experience (IT-savvy on pages & products)

• Experience with pricing strategies and online platforms

• Comfortable building dashboards and working with data

• PHP experience and solid technical understanding

• Fluent English

• Startup mindset with ownership

• Available to start immediately
