DubFusion is expanding, and we’re looking for a Sales Specialist with a strong passion for media, translation, and localization services. This role is ideal for someone who understands language services, enjoys building strong client relationships, and excels at closing deals across regional and international markets.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for media, translation, and localization services through LinkedIn, calls, and emails.
• Present language solutions (translation, localization, subtitling, dubbing, etc.), prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
• Manage the full sales cycle while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with production and project teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Track opportunities, maintain accurate CRM data, and report sales performance.

🔹 Requirements

• 2–3 years of sales experience in translation, localization, or media services.
• Solid understanding of language service workflows and client requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English is required (additional languages are a plus).
• Target-driven, well-organized, and able to work independently.
• Experience with CRM or sales tools is an advantage.
