- 3+ years of experience in Business Developer OR Sales Account, client servicing, or a related role in a Recruitment Agency is a MUST.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet performance targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention

- Proven expertise in Lead Generation techniques and client acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed Sales goals, with a results-driven approach
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management platforms is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
