Job Purpose:
To act as a critical liaison between the commercial sales team and operational units. The Sales Support Specialist will coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and competitive offers submissions. This role combines organizational skills, and process discipline to enhance win rates and support the commercial growth strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
Sales Process & Technical Support
Offer technical guidance and support to the sales team, helping to address complex customer inquiries and providing solutions that meet customer needs and align with company capabilities.
Collaborate with the sales team to design and propose technical solutions for customers.
Work closely with engineering, product development, and other technical teams to ensure that sales solutions are feasible and align with product capabilities.
Customize and configure products or services to meet specific client requirements.
Address and resolve technical issues or challenges that arise during the sales process, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensuring that RFQ’s and Orders timelines are met and deliverables are aligned with customer expectations and company standards.
Operational & Administrative Support
Analyze and improve sales coordination processes and tools.
Identify technical inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales processes and customer solutions.
Customer Relationship Management
Engage with key clients to understand their technical requirements, provide expert advice, and support the sales team in closing deals by addressing any technical concerns or challenges.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Years of experience: 1-2 Years
Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or any other related fields
Language proficiency: English
Computer skills: Microsoft Office
