Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and client-focused Real Estate Agent to join our team in Egypt. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, while building long-term relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct property viewings, site visits, and client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties.
- Negotiate offers, prices, and contract terms to close deals.
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, and legal teams.
- Maintain accurate
- client and property records in CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospects and provide after-sales support.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and property prices in Egypt.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
- Fluency in Arabic is required; English is a plus.
