Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Luxor for a Food & Safety Hygiene Specialist. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards related to food preparation, overseeing food safety protocols, and maintaining high-quality food and beverage services. The specialist will also engage in communication with team members to optimize food service operations and uphold the company's commitment to excellence in hospitality and guest experience.
Qualifications
- Ensure implementation and monitoring of all food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchens, storage areas, and food service points.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, local health authority, and company standards.
- Train staff on food safety, personal hygiene, and sanitation practices.
- Investigate and report any food safety incidents or risks.
- Monitor temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and pest control programs.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items (FIFO).
- Coordinate with management on corrective actions and improvements.
- Maintain all hygiene and safety documentation and audit reports.
