About the job

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Head Chef with a minimum of 3 years in healthy or specialized cuisine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining high food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook healthy meals according to set menus.
Develop new recipes tailored to dietary needs (e.g., low-calorie, vegan, gluten-free).
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure hygiene and safety compliance.
Manage inventory and control food costs.
Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of healthy cooking and nutrition.
Team leadership skills.
Valid food safety certificate.
Culinary degree is a plus.
