• Communicating with international patients (primarily from the US, Canada, and Australia) through written and verbal channels
• Presenting treatment plans and pricing while managing the full patient journey end to end
• Converting qualified leads into confirmed procedures
• Preparing quotations and managing pre-treatment communication and payment follow-ups
• Part of the operational workflow (image sharing, medical information delivery, and photo collection) is handled by an automated bot, enabling full focus on sales performance and conversion

Working Model

• Remote
• 6 active working hours per day (excluding lunch and rest breaks; for example, with a 1-hour break, total presence would be 7 hours)
• Working hours are fixed initially and aligned with target markets (e.g., 10:00 – 18:00)
• Working hours may become more flexible in later stages, depending on performance and operational stability
• During working hours, all incoming messages must be responded to within a maximum of 10 minutes
• Outside working hours, follow-ups are required only in rare, high-intent cases, such as deposit-ready

• patients or critical travel-related changes (flights, hotel, transfers)
• 1–2 performance review meetings are held per week

Compensation

• This role does not operate under a base-salary-only model; sales performance is essential
• 500 USD fixed monthly base salary
• Revenue-based commission ranging from 1% to 5%
• Revenue includes: deposits, completed surgical and medical procedures, transfers, garments, and lymphatic massage services
• Hotel costs are excluded from commission calculations
• Sales targets and commission brackets are reviewed and updated seasonally
• Commission payments are made after monthly closing

Example – Current Month Commission Structure:

• Up to 16,200 USD → 1%
• 16,200 – 46,300 USD → 2%
• 46,300 – 69,400 USD → 3%
• 69,400 – 92,500 USD → 4%
• 92,500 USD and above → 5%

Mid-High Performance Sales Example (Monthly):

• 11 patient operated + 10 deposit received for later dates
• 70,000 USD total revenue
• 4% commission rate
• 2,800 USD commission earned
