You’ll be at the heart of our HR & Payroll operations — ensuring accurate payroll, smooth employee journeys, and seamless system support in a dynamic, international environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and verify U.S. payroll inputs with accuracy and care.
• Partner with HR to deliver timely

• , error-free payroll every cycle.
• Create payroll & HR reports (earnings, taxes, deductions, leaves, and more).
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes (salary, titles, updates).
• Handle employee records, HR documentation, and system inquiries.
• Jump in on ad-hoc HR projects and keep everything compliant and confidential.

What We’re Looking For:

• Detail-obsessed, organized, and reliable.
• Experience with payroll systems, data entry, or HR administration is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines.
• Curious about HR, payroll, and people operations — and eager to grow.
