Job Summary
The Personnel Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day personnel and administrative HR activities within a BPO. This role ensures compliance with Egyptian labor law, supports employee lifecycle processes, and provides HR support to a high-volume, shift-based customer service workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Personnel & HR Administration
- Manage employee records, contracts, and personnel files in compliance with Egyptian labor law
- Prepare and process employment contracts, renewals, promotions, transfers, and terminations
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate HR databases and attendance records
Government & Legal Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and company policies
- Coordinate medical insurance enrollment and updates
- Prepare required documentation for labor office, social insurance, and other governmental authorities
- Support audits and inspections from labor authorities when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a Personnel or HR role, preferably in a BPO or call center environment
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance regulations
- Experience handling personnel documentation and government-related processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR systems
- Good command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is required
