How You Will Create An Impact
- Use your unique vision to inspire clients and realize their business processes and strategies in software.
- Team up with our consultants, UX designer and technical experts to develop innovative software solution concepts for our clients.
- Be involved from the start by understanding the client’s needs, identifying synergies with existing solutions, and determining project scopes and estimates.
- Be responsible for developing and managing lifecycles of your low-code software solutions.
- Use your skills to design usable, accessible, and engaging user experiences for mobile and web-based applications based on research and best practices.
- Dive into crafting personalized UI analytics dashboards.
- Make sure that user experience is in focus of all our applications. Having frontend experience (e.g. Javascript, CSS, HTML, etc…) is definitely a plus.
About You
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree (computer science, or a related field) and three years of professional experience in software development.
- Experience developing applications using the OutSystems low-code platform, with a strong understanding of best practices, architecture, and performance optimization
- You have experience working both independently and in collaborative, professional development team environments.
- Proven experience in HTML, CSS, JS/jQuery, responsive UI design with modern CSS, and collaboration with UX/UI designers.
- Experience contributing to multiple projects from scratch and writing code independently without relying on AI assistants like Co-pilot.
- You demonstrate strong ownership, provide constructive feedback, and aren’t afraid to take risks or explore alternative solutions.
- Bonus if you have experience translating Figma designs into applications, conducting browser and mobile device testing, working with HighCharts, and using a variety of software tools.
- You have a strong drive to learn, grow, and continuously improve your skills.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and proactively, reliably, and enthusiastically work with clients, consultants, and developers.
- You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
