Position Overview:
This role involves editing and producing high-impact video content, designing motion graphics, and delivering platform-optimized short-form content (Reels/Shorts/TikTok) that aligns with our brand and project objectives.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in podcast content production (full episode edits, highlights, teasers, and trailers), strong capability in short-form storytelling, and hands-on expertise creating AI-assisted video content (AI voice, AI avatars, generative visuals, automated captions, and smart enhancement workflows) while maintaining a high-quality, human-centered creative output.
In addition, the candidate should be confident working with professional camera systems and production setups—understanding camera types, lenses, framing, lighting basics, audio capture best practices, and file formats—to ensure smooth post-production workflows and consistent visual quality.
This position requires excellent storytelling sense, strong technical editing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit raw footage into polished final deliverables (transitions, pacing, color correction/grading, and sound design/mixing).
Produce promotional videos, ads, tutorials, explainers, and brand stories.
Create platform-optimized exports (YouTube/Instagram/TikTok/LinkedIn) with correct aspect ratios and safe zones.
Organize files, proxies, templates, and assets for an efficient workflow.
Podcast Editing & Repurposing
Edit full podcast episodes (video + audio): noise reduction, EQ, compression, leveling, and multi-camera sync.
Produce highlights, teasers, intros/outro, trailers, and episodic branding elements.
