Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to potential clients and contractors.
• Assist the Business Development team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and service providers as needed.
• Support the Operations department in day-to-day tasks and team coordination.
• Perform basic administrative duties such as scheduling, data entry, document formatting, and file management.
• Track

• communication and updates using CRM and project management tools.
• Participate in internal meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Comfortable using office tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• 1+ year of experience in administration, sales, or similar fields is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Part-time: 5 hours per day
• Aligned with U.S. time zones (afternoon, evening for candidates based in Lebanon or similar regions)
