ITC-Middle East is expanding! We’re on the lookout for a Passport & Visa Adviser to join our growing team in Maadi, Cairo

 

At ITC-Middle East, we don’t just process paperwork, we guide travelers through one of the most important parts of their journey. As the first voice

on the phone, the quick reply on chat, or the reassuring email in their inbox, you’ll be the expert who transforms stress into confidence.
 

What You’ll Do:

✨ Assist clients worldwide through phone, email, and chat support

✨ Provide clear guidance on passport & visa requirements

✨ Review and verify

documents to prevent costly errors or delays

✨ Recommend expedited, premium solutions tailored to client needs

✨ Support customers from their first question to final approval

Job Requirements

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

⭐ Speaks fluent English with excellent written & verbal communication

⭐ Thrives under pressure and solves problems with confidence

⭐ Is detail-driven, organized, and client-focused

⭐ (Bonus) Has prior passport, visa, or travel documentation experience
