Job Description

• Conceptualize and design visually compelling graphics for curtains, upholstery, and fabric collections in line with current trends and company standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, marketing, and manufacturing teams to develop creative assets for product launches, catalogs, and promotional materials.
• Create digital and print-ready artwork for brochures, advertisements, social media, and in-store displays.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual communications and marketing collateral.
• Edit and retouch product images to highlight fabric textures, colors, and design details.
• Prepare technical files and specifications for production, ensuring accuracy and print quality.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to the textile and interior design industries.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new fabric patterns and curtain designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Liaise with external vendors, printers, and photographers as needed to ensure timely and accurate delivery of creative assets.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the textiles, home décor, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including fabric or product design work.
• Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Experience preparing files for both digital and print production.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for design innovation.
• Familiarity with photography, photo editing, or 3D rendering is a plus.
