Job Description

Receive and manage the customer complaints through hotline, WhatsApp, Etc.
Fill in the complaints form and send it to the rep.
Follow up on the complaints solving with the rep.
Fill in the complaints log and update it with the solving data from the rep.
Do customer satisfaction calls and fill in the form.

Job Requirements

Alexandria resident.
One year of experience in the same field.
Any BSC degree.
Females only.
Excellent in English.
Excellent in MSC programs.
