About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Indoor Sales Specialist to handle inbound leads, guide customers to the right products, close sales, and follow up until delivery. The role includes responding to customers via phone/WhatsApp/social media, creating quotes, confirming orders, and coordinating with operations for smooth fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads from WhatsApp, calls, Instagram/Facebook, and website inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products (models, sizes, finishes, alternatives).
- Close sales and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Prepare quotations and send product details (pricing, specs, photos, delivery timelines).
- Follow up with customers to finalize decisions and handle objections professionally.
- Coordinate with warehouse/operations to confirm availability and delivery schedules.
- Update CRM/Sheets with lead status, customer info, and deal progress.
- Upsell/cross-sell related items and accessories when appropriate.
- Ensure excellent customer experience pre-sale and post-sale until delivery.
KPIs (Performance Metrics)
- Lead response time
- Conversion rate (inquiries → orders)
- Number of orders closed / day or month
- Average order value (AOV)
- Follow-up completion rate
- Customer satisfaction / complaint rate
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in indoor sales .
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic order systems.
- Good product presentation skills (explaining specs clearly).
- Arabic fluent; English is a plus.
