Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Fresh Sales Agent. Reporting to our office in Cairo, Egypt, the Fresh Sales Agent
will engage with prospective clients to build relationships, understand their property needs, and provide tailored real estate solutions. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential leads, delivering excellent customer service, conducting property tours, and presenting the best available options to clients. The role is aimed at recent graduates or individuals with growth potential in the sales and real estate industry.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs
- Basic to intermediate Sales skills, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships
- Knowledge or experience in Training and/or Insurance is a plus
- Good interpersonal skills, teamwork capabilities, and a self-motivated attitude to work in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
- Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is a strong asset
- Previous experience in real estate
