Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Specialist, based in Cairo, Egypt, with some opportunities for remote work. The role involves managing product-related inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales initiatives. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing product presentations, and educating customers on product specifications and advantages. Additionally, the Product Specialist will collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that meet customer needs and align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Specialist with strong knowledge of product lifecycles and market understanding
- Sharp analytical skills to assess data, evaluate trends, and provide insights for product improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with customers and team members
- Experience in customer service and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Sales skills with a focus on achieving targets and contributing to revenue growth
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare discipline
- Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
