Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Flooring Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Flooring Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with selecting appropriate flooring solutions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves managing the installation of a variety of flooring types such as carpet and hardwood, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in flooring installation, including experience with carpet and hardwood materials
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist and guide customers effectively
- Experience in sales with a focus on achieving targets and providing value to clients
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with team members
- Knowledge of interior design or space planning concepts is a plus
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or related industries is beneficial
