Role Description

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to address and resolve customer needs effectively.
- Strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering excellent service.
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse clients and handle inquiries clearly and professionally.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar customer support role is preferred.
