The Content Creator is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality, engaging content across multiple social media platforms to align with the company’s branding and marketing objectives. This role involves creating written, visual, and video content that captures attention, drives engagement, and enhances brand visibility.

The ideal candidate is creative, trend-aware, and capable of managing multiple platforms while working closely with the marketing and design teams to produce innovative and effective content.

Responsibilities:

Researching

market and internal insights to support creative communication plans.

Developing social media content calendars and ensuring consistent posting across platforms.

Managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and staying up to date with the latest trends and platform features.

Creating and curating short-form videos and Reels, using trending formats and sounds.

Writing creative briefs for designers and aligning deliverables with campaign objectives.

Collaborating with the marketing and design teams to produce engaging visual

and video content.

Understanding design directions and contributing creative ideas for campaigns and visuals.

Shooting mobile videos and photos; experience in mobile videography is an advantage.

Reporting and measuring the performance of content and adjusting strategies to maximize impact.

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in Content Creation (agency experience is a must).

Strong understanding of social media trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging campaigns.
