Our products are in 100 countries globally and supporting this takes a huge effort.What will you be doing?The role forms part of the ENT Division and is responsible for executing marketing strategies and tactical plans that promotes Smith & Nephew product superiority. This role focuses on the coordination with the Regional Marketing Managers to drive revenue and market share for the division and maintain customer relations with major accounts while driving the customer requirements back into the Company. The Product Specialist will be selling unique patented devices and implants in theatre directly to opinion leading surgeons.What will you need to be successful?Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted productsPresent product information and deliver product samplesCommunicate with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysisAttend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuitsKeep detailed records of all contactsManage budgets for catering, outside speakers, conferences and hospitalityWork with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing messagePlan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the BUMSuccessful candidates would need the following:Degree within Health Sciences or a Biomedical DegreePrevious Sales Experience in Medical DevicesIn-theatre and or clinical marketing experience is a plusExperience in product trainingAbility to speak in both English and ArabicYou.
