This is a performance-focused creative role (not product design). You’ll design, test, and iterate on ad creative and landing pages, working closely with growth and marketing to improve what converts.What You’ll Be Doing
Design high-performing ad creative (visuals + short-form video) for paid social
Design and optimize conversion-focused landing pages
Write and test short-form ad copy (headlines, hooks, CTAs)
Creating consistent content for social media

Ad creatives that beat performance benchmarks
Our Ideal Candidate:
3 - 5+ years in marketing or growth design
Strong portfolio with social media graphics, ads, landing pages, and short-form video
Performance-minded, curious about what converts
Able to move fast and iterate using feedback and data
Skills & ToolsRequired:
Figma (web & layout design)
Canva (graphics)
Understanding of marketing funnels and conversion-focused design
Bonus if you have:
Experience designing for B2B SaaS or tech startups
Video editing experience (i.e. using tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro)
Familiarity with performance marketing (A/B testing, CTR, CVR)
Experience with landing page builders (Unbounce or similar)
Motion graphics experience
