✨ Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team! You will play a key role in managing and optimizing our CRM systems, activating partnerships
, and delivering personalized campaigns that drive engagement and results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize CRM systems to maintain accurate partner and user data
- Design and execute CRM campaigns aimed at activating and re-engaging inactive users
- Segment users and partners to deliver targeted communications and personalized offers
- Monitor user behavior, engagement metrics and conversion rates, and translate insights into action plans
- Support the onboarding and activation of new partnerships to ensure smooth and timely launch
- Develop and execute partner activation plans to maximize engagement

- Follow up with partners to ensure alignment, visibility and continuous value creation
- Track partnership KPIs and prepare performance and activation reports
- Support the development of co-branded campaigns and joint initiatives with partners
Required Qualifications:
- Has minimum 2 years of relevant experience in partnerships, CRM, or marketing
- Is data-driven, with the ability to analyze metrics and convert insights into action
- Has strong communication and relationship management skills
- Can work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
