El Salam Air account.

Call center Agent

Cairo (El Tahrir square).


Job Description

Handles incoming and outgoing calls in English and Arabic to assist customers with travel bookings , inquiries, changes, and support for flights, hotels, and other travel services."


Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree.

-English level B2 or above.

-Experience in aviation is a plus.

-Experience in sales is a preferred.


Details:

Office-based, 9-hour rotational shifts.

2 day off per week (rotational).

Immediate hiring.
