Role Description
This is an on-site, part
-time position based in Doki for a UI/UX Instructor. The instructor will guide students in understanding design principles, user-centered methodologies, and industry-standard software tools. Responsibilities include preparing course material, delivering engaging lectures and workshops, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring students to develop their skills in user interface and user experience design. The role also involves staying updated on trends in UI/UX to ensure curriculum relevance and effectiveness

Qualifications
- Proficiency in UI/UX design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Experience with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software
- Strong instructional skills, including the ability to break down complex concepts into understandable lessons
- Good understanding of human-computer interaction and responsive design
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Capability to inspire and mentor students, fostering a positive learning environment
- Previous teaching or training experience is a plus
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
