Worood, an International Hijab brand is hiring a Creative Content team leader
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the content and copywriting team, as well as the design team
Oversee all PR activities related to content creation, including building relationships with external
stakeholders, negotiating shoot locations, and collaborating with models and influencers.
Take charge of the art direction for all content, from photoshoots to video production, ensuring the final output aligns with the brand’s vision.
Collaborate closely with other departments to conceptualize, plan, and execute creative campaigns.
Manage the production and execution of photoshoots
Ensure all content, from visuals to copy, is delivered within the timeline and budget.
Review and approve creative content to maintain high standards
Provide constructive feedback to the team to push creativity
Stay updated on current trends in fashion, social media, and content creation to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Proven experience in leading a creative team
Strong eye for design, photography, and art direction
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly with external vendors and PR stakeholders.
Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
