Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Human Resources Specialist will handle key responsibilities such as developing and enforcing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. They will also support HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and addressing employee relations concerns, contributing to a positive and productive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
- Experience in HR Policies and their implementation to ensure workplace compliance and employee satisfaction.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management to effectively support and manage staff needs.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR within a commercial property management or similar industry is a plus.
