Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Cairo. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Key tasks include conducting market research, delivering product presentations, negotiating terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. The role requires collaboration with colleagues and the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and build strong client connections
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in market research and presentation delivery
- Organizational and time management skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with the insurance, financial services, or benefits industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
