Diet Hub is a fast-growing healthy food brand, and we’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and elevate our food quality as we scale.
👨🍳 Role Overview
As Head Chef, you will be fully responsible for kitchen leadership, food quality, cost control, and team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role, not just supervision.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily kitchen operations
- Develop and standardize healthy recipes and menus
- Ensure food quality, taste consistency, and presentation
- Control food cost, waste, and portioning
- Manage kitchen staff (training, discipline, scheduling)
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and food standards
- Collaborate with management on menu innovation and scaling
✅ Requirements
- Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- Strong background in healthy food / diet meals / meal prep kitchens
- Solid knowledge of food cost control and kitchen KPIs
- Leadership mindset with the ability to manage and motivate teams
- High standards for cleanliness, discipline, and consistency
- Experience in high-volume or subscription-based kitchens is a plus
