More About The Role
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Fulfilment Planner in El Cairo, Egypt with Signify.
- Manage planning parameters, develop and maintain a supply plan that optimizes inventory levels, manufacturing capacities, and supplier lead times, prepare intake plans for the full planning horizon.
- Execute the PIPO process for planning in the Market. (Marketing accountable)
- Co-ordinate for the approbation related matters with stakeholders to ensure the customer fulfilment.
- Own MTS/MTO PO fulfilment cycle from requisition through Goods Receipt to customer delivery.
- Ensure availability, quality and consistency of the planning parameters for the product portfolio plan
- Takes corrective action plan for slow moving and obsolete stocks
- Identifies risks & opportunities to the financial plans
- Drives FG inventory health through forecast quality. Own slow-moving reduction
- Drive resolution of
- structural customer service issues
- Identify and share with Business changes to MTS/MTO supply plan or potential risks / opportunities
- Work with suppliers (internal or external) to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues
- Delivers best in class Customer Service through on time in full product availability
- Adapts & improves Customer Service offer
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors and resolve issues as needed
- Finds solutions by involving plannings data from multiple resources using Root Cause Analysis
- Has an impact on a business value between EUR 20 - 30 million annually
More About You
- University Bachelors or Masters Degree
- 4+ years of professional experience in the following areas:
- Forecast Accuracy PDCA
- Analytical ability to predict/prepare challenging forecast figures and data
- Account planning and customer collaboration
- Business-oriented, customer service mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment Knowledge of basics in Logistics (DC operations, transportation, customs)
- Statistical tool and techniques
