Job Description

Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices

Support operating systems (Windows/macOS) and common business applications

Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights

Log, track, and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs

Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT support when required

Perform routine system maintenance and updates

Ensure IT policies, security standards, and procedures are followed

Provide basic user training and guidance when needed

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field

Proven experience in an IT Help Desk or IT Support role

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks

Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and ticketing systems

Familiarity or hand with Sophos Firewall 

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)

Experience with remote support tools

Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices

IT certifications or self study  (CCNA , MCSE , CompTIA A+ , Network+ , Microsoft)
