We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to support our Sales and Marketing teams by ensuring that all promotional activities meet regulatory and ethical standards.
Role Overview:
The Compliance Officer will be responsible for overseeing compliance related to pharmaceutical sales practices, marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
You will act as a strategic partner to the business, ensuring that all marketing and sales activities are compliant with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry codes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve promotional materials, campaigns, and marketing activities for compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Monitor field force activities and promotional events to ensure compliance with policies governing interactions with HCPs.
- Provide
- regular training and updates to Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams on promotional compliance, transparency reporting, and code of conduct.
- Lead compliance reviews for speaker programs, advisory boards, congress activities, sponsorships, and third-party engagements.
- Develop and maintain clear SOPs and compliance guidelines specific to promotional practices.
- Monitor compliance incidents and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical compliance, ideally focused on sales, marketing, and promotional practices.
- Resident in Cairo.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance codes.
- Experience in reviewing promotional materials and managing HCP interactions.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and risk awareness.
- Fluency in English.
