Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting and assisting visitors, handling clerical tasks, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for clients and staff.

• Clerical Skills
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Experience in a luxury retail environment is a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be an advantage
