We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support our sales operations, communicate with customers, and ensure smooth order processing from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily sales activities and follow up with customers.
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales reports.
• Handle order processing, delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of clients and product inquiries.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and follow-ups.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 0–2 years experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administration.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred (optional):
• Experience in medical devices or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of logistics and documentation (POs, shipping, invoicing).
