Job Responsibilities

* Coordinates all stages of the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees to fill the vacant positions.

* Monitor the employees' activities, performance, and production.

* Arranging with managers from different departments to ensure the continuous monitoring of the team's growth needs whenever business capacity requires.

* Manage the company's public relations in Egypt with social & health insurance companies in addition to arranging legal documentation during the hiring or termination processes

* Send the salaries, bonuses, deductions, and overtime sheet to the finance team, and make sure that the employees receive all their benefits.

* Reports will be directed to the PM.

Job Requirements

* Having Experience in HR and managerial tasks at least 2-3 years.

* Having good knowledge of administration and accounts.

* Familiarity with basic technical concepts

* Proficient in using common Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Strong personal and leadership skills.
