About the Role:

We are looking for a versatile and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Fathy Ibrahim. As we grow, with a team of around 60 employees, we need someone who is well-rounded in all HR functions but especially strong in talent acquisition. Retail experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations.
• Lead the talent acquisition process, from sourcing and

• interviewing to onboarding new hires, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to a retail environment.
• Support managers and employees with HR best practices, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Handle employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within the retail sector.
• Strong expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools.
• A proactive, flexible approach suited to a growing company environment.
