Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Cairo, for a Product Manager at Paxal Pharmaceuticals. The Product Manager will lead the development and execution of product strategies, oversee the lifecycle of pharmaceutical products, and ensure products meet market demands. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, liaising with cross-functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, and developing marketing plans. Collaboration with internal departments and external partners to support product launches and improve competitive positioning is a key part of this role.

• Ability to develop and execute marketing plans
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field
