Role Description
This full-time, bilingual French Customer Service role is an on-site position located in Qesm El Maadi. The selected candidate will interact with customers professionally via various communication channels, address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer questions in both French and English, managing feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding exemplary phone etiquette.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Strong ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and ensure excellent Customer Experience
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional communication
- Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is required
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with customer service software and tools
