About the job

Job Purpose: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Lead to join our HR team. This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across our various business units. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, as well as developing strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment with our company culture and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate evaluation and selection.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of various sourcing channels and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Translation, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition is preferred.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
