Job Summary

Oasis Pharma is a fast-growing medical devices company. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated Sales Representatives (Outdoor) and Telesales Representatives (Indoor) to promote our medical devices and solutions to doctors, hospitals, physiotherapy centers, gyms, and wellness clinics.

Responsibilities

Outdoor Sales (Sales Representative):

Visit doctors, hospitals, and

clinics to promote and sell medical devices.

Provide product demonstrations and explain features to healthcare professionals.

Achieve monthly sales targets and build long-term client relationships.

Report market insights and customer feedback to management.

Telesales (Indoor):

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.

Present and promote medical

devices over the phone.

Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Maintain accurate client records on CRM/Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Biomedical Engineering, Physiotherapy, or any related field preferred).

Fresh graduates are welcome (sales or telesales experience is a plus).

Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills.

Energetic, motivated, and target-driven.
