الملخص الوظيفي

🌟 Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain MEP systems (Power, Lighting, HVAC, FA, FF, BMS).

• Ensure compliance with codes & safety standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Implement energy-efficient solutions.

• Coordinate with FM teams, contractors, and vendors.

• Manage minor projects and supervise manpower.

• Maintain documentation and support system upgrades.

🌟 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering.

• 2+ years’ experience in Facilities Management (admin buildings).

• Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, HVAC, MV/LV, generators, and low current systems.

• Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

📍 Location: Cairo
