Your Mission: Lead maintenance. Cut breakdowns. Maximize production.What You’ll Do:

Drive maintenance strategy to reduce downtime and boost efficiency

Solve recurring faults with smart technical fixes

Develop and execute electrical maintenance plans

Oversee mechanical repairs and emergency interventions

Manage spare parts procurement and supplier coordination

Collaborate across departments and with external technical partners

What You Bring:

Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills

Solid experience of 7-10 years in industrial maintenance field (particularly in the sheet metal industry)

Expertise in electrical systems, PLCs (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta), drives, sensors, and control circuits

Mechanical fault diagnosis and knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems

Ability to read technical drawings and use SAP/CMMS

Familiarity with TPM and Lean Maintenance is a plus

Siemens TIA courses to further deepen automation and control system expertise
