Role Description

This full-time on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role will be based in Maadi, QLD. The position involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying hiring needs, sourcing talent, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. The ideal candidate will work closely with

hiring teams to develop recruitment strategies, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR
• Hands-on experience hiring for construction or engineering roles (preferable)
• Excellent command of English
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office
